Absolutely! We only bring in professionals who have been recommended and certified by experts. We conduct interviews, check referrals, licenses, and do background checks on each and every service provider. Only those professionals who pass our strict onboarding process are allowed to work with GoFix. All professionals are also required to complete an assessment test to verify their qualifications. Most of them have more than 8 years of experience in his/her field.

Yes, it is advisable for you to be around when the job is getting done. You are requested to take care of your personal belongings or valuables in the presence of our Service Providers. Gofix will not be liable for any damage or theft arising in case of failure to do so.

We immediately arrange for a replacement and schedule a time convenient to you to do the job or register a cancellation of the service requested. You can track the location of all our Service Providers using the Gofix App on your phone. This would let you know how far the Service Provider is from the customers home.

We at Gofix understand that your time is valuable and are always striving to limit the time spent by Service Providers at your home. However the agents are trained to update you if the job might take longer than expected. Please do expect a buffer of half an hour more or less than the stated time to complete the task.

All supplies would be purchased by the Service Provider after consulting with you. We would assume basics such as ladder and cleaning cloth be available at your home. A bill would be provided for all the purchases made by the Service Provider.

While we highly recommend you register with us first, you could place a service request on our app/site without registering with us. You do not have to worry about unnecessary calls or messages from us. We have a strict policy against that practice.

Placing an order on the Gofix App is fast and simple Steps: Once you open the App on your smartphone, choose the service you would like to order Enter your exact requirement along with a schedule that works best for you. The service provider will then arrive at your home and fix the issue. Our team might also call you before the visit.

You need to ensure that you've signed in with your email id that was used to place the orders to see them in the app. All orders that you place with us are tied to the email that you provide against the order.

Payments Related

You can now opt to pay using online payment options including credit card, debit card and Net banking. We however, would highly recommend the wallet mode of payment. As always, you could choose to pay us by cash after the service.

All the Gofix Money that you've earned along with your wallet balance powered by our wallet partner Citrus would enable the wallet payment. Your Gofix Money (received from Gofix as cashback or via other offers) is valid only for 60 days from the time you’ve earned it. So be sure to use it within 60 days of earning it. Keep an eye out to know the ways to earn Gofix Money.

Payment option is shown only in the case of an order where the total price of the order is known. For services that either need an inspection or have a variable pricing, the payment option will not be available as the final amount of the order is yet to be determined. We're working on a solution to allow payment after the job.

You can always top up your wallet from the payment screen to top up your wallet balance and then proceed to pay. It is advisable to have your wallet sufficiently funded for a seamless experience.

We work with certified and experienced partners in managing your confidential information including saved cards among others. Your information is saved in an encrypted form and information sent over secure channels. Your information is therefore safe and secure.

Plumbing Services

All our Plumbers are qualified and highly experienced professionals with proper background checks & verifications done, such that your safety is never compromised. Also we offer a 7 day warranty on our service. If the problem recurs within this time period, we will re-do the job free of cost.

It is absolutely safe for you to trust our Plumbers. All our Plumbers go through a round of background verification before being hired. Moreover, our Operations Team is always in constant touch with the Plumbers while the work is being done.

We operate between 9 a.m to 7 p.m, 7 days a week.

Presently we do not offer a before 9 a.m or a post 7p.m service.

We have rate cards visible on the APP and Web. Rate cards have prices for most of our services. For certain services, it is important for our Plumbers to make an inspection at your house, evaluate the scope of work and then give prices.

We offer 7 days warranty on the work done. We would do the rework free of cost (excluding if any spare part/material is needed) should a problem arise within 7 days of the work done by us.

All our rates for Plumbing services are only for Labor Charges. They do not include the cost of materials. Our Plumbers will tell you what all materials (spare parts) is required for the job. You can choose to buy the materials yourself, or our Plumber will buy the same for you. Always insists for bills, in the later case.

Our Plumbers shall help you in the procurement of spare parts/materials from standard shops. However, GoFix Services will not be responsible for the quality of the spare parts; it lies on the manufacturer/seller of the same. The Plumber should submit the original copy of the bills to you at all times.

There is no such thing called a minor work or major work. Our rates are dependent on the workmanship/skillset required and time needed to complete the work. However, the rates may not always be directly proportional to the time spent on the work.

Air Conditioner Service

AC servicing includes washing and cleaning of the indoor unit's filter, external cleaning of indoor unit, cleaning of outdoor unit with water, blower and external cleaning of outdoor unit.

Dry servicing includes cleaning of indoor unit with Blower/Cloth and temperature check pre and post service. Chemical Servicing includes washing and cleaning of the indoor unit's filter, external cleaning of indoor unit, cleaning of outdoor unit with chemical, blower and external cleaning of outdoor unit.

Warranty/guarantee on parts would be as described on the materials bill. Please insist for a materials bill from the service provider in case he is procuring the materials for you. We offer Guarantee on repair only. In case a problem of the same nature recurs it would be serviced free of cost (service only). Guarantee varies by city. Construction, Renovations and Interior

First step would be to meet and understand the requirement and budget. Second, as per requirement, we will suggest design options till we get the final go-ahead from the client. Finally, the material is decided on and then the execution begins.

There will be a single point of contact i.e. the Relationship Manager or RM for any queries and updates to avoid the hassle of contacting multiple people for different issues.

The structure materials we use are from reputed brands and will be used once approved by clients. All the finish materials will be finalized in presence of the client and our Architect. Once finalized, delivery of the materials will be coordinated and updated to the client through images.

Appliances Services

Gofix services a variety of appliances ranging from AC’s to Geysers, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Chimneys and Microwaves etc. However, do note that the availability of our services varies from city to city. Hence, we request you to kindly select your City to find out which appliance repair we cater to in your city.

Warranty/guarantee on spare parts would be as described on the materials' bill. Gofix provides invoice for only the labor cost, please insist for a material bill from our Gofix Expert in case he is procuring the materials for you.

The turnaround time would depend on the availability of spare parts. If available or if it can be procured immediately, the appliance is delivered within 72 Hours. In case of a delay in availability, you will be intimated within 48 Hours.

The charges mentioned is only for labour costs. There will be additional charges for the materials used. You are advised to always insist for a separate material bills from our Service Provider.

We strongly discourage any direct contact with our Service Provider regarding a job booked through us, as in such cases Gofix has no control over the situation or condition. All warranty and service assurance offered by Gofix, in such case, stands null & void.

In case of damage to spares/appliance we would be liable only for the part Gofix has worked on and not the entire appliance.

All our Service Providers are always on the move, and travel throughout the day for multiple jobs, so it is difficult for us to provide Service Centre Details.

Inspection/Visiting charges if applicable have to paid in cash at the time. Post inspection, we send you a mail with the repair quotes. Once the quote has been accepted by you, a second mail with a payment link will be sent to you. You can then choose to pay by Credit/Debit Card, Wallet or Net banking OR simply pay by Cash once service is done.

No we do not carry a ladder along. It might be quite easily available with the society you live in or your neighbor. So don't hesitate to ask
