Refund Policy for GoFix Services

1. Customer's Service related complainant for refund or replacement will the processed in accordance with the TrustPay Policy available at http://www.gofix.in/info/TrustPay. Both customer and Service provider agree to this TrustPay Policy. However, in the event of false, frivolous or baseless complaints regarding the delivery or quality of the Services, the Customer will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

2. Before accepting delivery of any Services, the Customer shall reasonably ensure that the Product's packaging is not damaged or tampered packaging or in bad/damaged condition before delivery, please do not accept the same and immediately return to the serviceman and also intimate at GoFix helpline promptly.

3. The refund process of Services may be subject to additional terms depending on the nature and category of the Services. Any such additional terms may be specified on the Website or be intimated by the Serviceman at the time of Service.

4. In the event the refund of a amount is duly accepted by Serviceman/technician, the value of such Service, as originally paid by customer during acceptance of Service, will either be refunded to Customer either to the bank account provided by the Customer for such refund, or to the payment instrument of the Customer from which payment was made, or to any pre-paid payment instrument account of the Customer. GoFix shall have the sole discretion to determine the mode of reversal from the above options.

Cancellation of Transaction / Services Booked

1. Cancellation by Customer: There may be certain orders that Serviceman is unable to accept and has the right to cancel either by the Serviceman directly or Serviceman can instruct GoFix to cancel such order. Serviceman reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in Customer's order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the Product or quantities ordered by Customer or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information. Serviceman may also require additional verifications or information before processing any Service Order. All such cancellation shall be without any recourse to Customer and without any liability to the Serviceman or to GoFix. If Customer's Service order is so cancelled, after the payment has been processed, the said amount will be reversed / remitted to the Customer either to the bank account provided by the Customer for such reversal, or to the payment instrument of the Customer from which payment was made, or to any pre-paid payment instrument account of the Customer.

2. GoFix shall have the sole discretion to determine the mode of reversal from the above options. In the event a promotional code given by GoFix is used for the serve of the Service, the amount under such promotional code shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order. The above is the sole remedy of the Buyer and the sole liability of the Seller and sole responsibility of GoFix for any cancellation of the purchase/service order by the Serviceman or otherwise other than by the Customer

3. Cancellation by the Client: In case of requests for order cancellations, Serviceman reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if Serviceman receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed, Serviceman may cancel the order and refund the entire amount to Customer within a reasonable period of time. Serviceman will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed by the himself. Customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Serviceman and accept Serviceman’s decision regarding the cancellation.

4. Set-off of any benefits availed by the Customer: In case the Customer has availed any benefit under any marketing or promotions provided by GoFix.in relation to the Product for which the order has been cancelled by the Client or by the Serviceman, client agrees and authorizes GoFix to recover such benefits from the Client or set-off the same from any refunds to the Client.
